First off, I want to wish everyone a very merry Christmas! What a wonderful time of year to reflect on all God has done in our lives and the dreams that He is launching us into for the next year. He is always faithful.
Our worship conference last month was just tremendous. Paul Hollifield was a blessing not only to our church, but to the entire city as several different churches were involved in the meetings. It was a time of refreshing with a word of renewal. I cannot thank God enough for how He moves and how He uses brothers like Paul.
Andrea and I (as well as our family, of course) have moved out of our old house and miracle after miracle, God has provided a new house that we will move into at the end of December. I can't tell you all the details now, but it is an amazing testimony and God gets the glory. Thank you for your prayers!
Not only is there space for our family to live, but there is an existing out-building that has been used as a garage that we will convert into a church building. Breakthrough Church will have a home in Juneau and have a greater opportunity to be a blessing in all sorts of ways. We are so excited, and looking back, we can see the wonderful, gracious hand of God leading us every step of the way. Trusting Him leads to a beautiful inheritance!
The other great thing is that way back in the spring of this year, we had decided as a family to spend Christmas together on a vacation so we're headed out very soon (today, in fact). We are in need of some rest and relaxation and it also lessens the number of homeless days we have. God thinks of everything.
Thank you all for your friendship and support. Your prayers and monthly financial support are making an impact here in Juneau and everywhere we are able to minister. It is a humbling thing to be part of the body of Christ and feel the love and support that we do. I am so glad we are on this road together.
